While Jurassic World was still operational, Code 19 was a way to tell all relevant park staff that an asset was out of containment.  A Code 19 sent to the Asset Containment Unit (ACU) would result in them getting ready to neutralize the threat by any means necessary (non-lethal or lethal). 

Jurassic Security Operations (JSO) extend beyond what most of the public is aware of. The Asset Containment Unit and other units focused on JSO have been involved in missions that are not widely publicized. Here are two of the most well documented missions.
