The Harrowers are a term used to describe individuals or groups of people banding together to fight the forces of hell. Over the centuries there have been many that fought against evil both through prayer and occasionally in a more direct method by engaging in combat.
For those that engage in direct combat, it becomes a slippery slope where the end often justifies the means resulting in not only a reduction in hell’s capability but also the loss of the soul of The Harrower themselves. In an effort to stamp out the efforts of hell, the harrow finds themselves committing crimes, atrocities and sins that ultimately result in them ending up in the very place they are trying to destroy.
